Youdge Canada :
- Is not a lender and does not provide financing.
- Guarantees neither the approval nor the condition of the credit offers presented on the Website.
The Website allows :
- Compare personal credit offers.
- Receive recommendations tailored to your financial situation.
Use of the Website is free of charge to users. Youdge Canada will not charge you any commissions or fees. We receive remuneration from our financial partners when you apply for credit through them.
By using the Website, you agree to:
- Collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- To share your information with our financial partners in order to assess your eligibility for loan offers.
By submitting an application on the Website, you agree to Youdge Canada's pre-qualification with credit bureaus. This pre-qualification will have no impact on your credit rating.

It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content of the Website without our written authorization.
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Youdge Canada does not warrant :
- Approval of loan offers by financial partners
- The accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
Youdge Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including :

- Delays or failures in processing requests due to third-party partners.
IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER SUBJECT TO THE QUEBEC CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, THE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING CLAUSE DOES NOT APPLY.
Youdge Canada's total liability for all causes is limited to a maximum of $50 CAD.
These TOUs are governed by Canadian law, and any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec.
In the event of a dispute, please contact our customer service department at data@youdge.com before taking any legal action.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these TOUs shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
These TOUs constitute the entire agreement between you and Youdge Canada with respect to the use of the Website.
