These Terms of Use ("TOUs") govern your access to and use of the cafr.youdge.com and caen.youdge.com websites (hereinafter, the "Website"), operated by Youdge Projet Canada Inc. ("Youdge Canada", "we", "us", "our").

By using the Website, you accept these TOUs without reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

Youdge Canada acts as a personal credit intermediary, simplifying access to financing offers through its online platform. We put users in touch with partner financial institutions.

2.2. No role as lender

Youdge Canada :

  • Is not a lender and does not provide financing.
  • Guarantees neither the approval nor the condition of the credit offers presented on the Website.

2.3. Services offered

The Website allows :

  • Compare personal credit offers.
  • Receive recommendations tailored to your financial situation.

2.4. Free services

Use of the Website is free of charge to users. Youdge Canada will not charge you any commissions or fees. We receive remuneration from our financial partners when you apply for credit through them.

3. Eligibility requirements

To use Youdge Canada services, you must :

  • Be a Canadian resident.
  • Have reached the age of majority in your province of residence.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.

4. Personal data

4.1. Consent to treatment

By using the Website, you agree to:

  • Collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • To share your information with our financial partners in order to assess your eligibility for loan offers.

4.2. Credit report

By submitting an application on the Website, you agree to Youdge Canada's pre-qualification with credit bureaus. This pre-qualification will have no impact on your credit rating.

5. Intellectual property rights

5.1. Ownership of content

5.2. Restricted use

7. Limited liability

7.2. Damage limitation

  • Delays or failures in processing requests due to third-party partners.

IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER SUBJECT TO THE QUEBEC CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, THE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING CLAUSE DOES NOT APPLY.

7.3. Maximum liability

Youdge Canada's total liability for all causes is limited to a maximum of $50 CAD.

8. Modifications to the GCU

Youdge Canada reserves the right to modify these TOUs at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

You will be informed of any substantial change by a notice on the Website.

9. Dispute resolution

9.1. Applicable law

These TOUs are governed by Canadian law, and any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec.

9.2. Resolution process

In the event of a dispute, please contact our customer service department at data@youdge.com before taking any legal action.

10. Compensation

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Youdge Canada harmless from and against any claim or liability arising out of :

  • Your fraudulent or abusive use of the Website.
  • Your violation of these TOUs.

11. Miscellaneous clauses

11.1. Divisibility

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these TOUs shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

11.2. Entire agreement

These TOUs constitute the entire agreement between you and Youdge Canada with respect to the use of the Website.
